Council Workshops
These are held for the purpose of educating and training Members of Council and can be held in closed or open session.
Special Council Meetings
The agenda for a Special Council meeting will specify the purpose of the meeting which will be the only business conducted at that meeting.
Advisory Committee Meetings
These are meetings for the Town’s Advisory Committees and are usually held virtually or in a meeting room at Town Hall. These meetings include the appointed Council Members and members of the public who have been appointed as members to the Committee for this term.
Strategic Committee Meetings
These meetings are for the Town’s two special committees of Council which provide a forum for in-depth discussion on options and/or direction on potential Strategic Plan implementation projects. These committees consist of staff and appointed members of Council.

The Town of Halton Hills will hold a Public Meeting to examine and discuss a Zoning By-law Amendment to: Permit the development of five multi-unit industrial buildings with a combined gross floor area of 119,282 m² (1,283,946 ft²), including site-specific approval for 271 trailer waiting spaces and a maximum building height of 15 metres.

To speak at the Statutory Public Meeting you must pre-register by 6:00 p.m. on July 13, 2026. You can pre-register by:
Submitting a written request by email to clerks@haltonhills.ca; or
Completing a registration card at Town Hall.
Each individual will be limited to speaking once for a maximum of 5 minutes; all speakers will be webcast online during the meeting.
